Chinese Cabbage and Salmon au Gratinprep: 10 min, cook: 8 min
Coarsely cut the cabbage, boil briefly and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend the milk into the white sauce slowly, over heat. Pour half of white sauce into a heatproof plate and place drained cabbage over it. Pull apart (flake) and spread salmon over top of the cabbage. Drizzle with remaining white sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in toaster oven for 10 minutes, until brown.
