Here’s how to use your Cooking Products->Bread Helpers. Complete instructions are enclosed.
Step 1: Put half the flour, the water, and yeast in the bowl of your stand-type mixer. Mix for 30 seconds.
Step 2: Add the rest of the flour and the Bread HelperÂ©. Knead for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3: Let the dough rise in a bowl, form loves, rise again, and bake.
