Toaster Oven Cookies :: Bar Cookies

Bingo Bars

3 eggs
2 C. sugar
1 1/4 C. oil
2 C. flour
1 tea. cinnamon
2 tea. baking soda
1 sm. jar strained applesauce baby food
1 sm. jar strained apricots baby food
1 sm. jar strained carrots baby food
1 C. chopped pecans

Beat eggs and add sugar. Mix well. Add oil and blend.

Sift together the dry ingredients. Combine baby foods in a bowl. Alternately add baby food to egg and sugar mixture. Bake in prepared and floured 10 x 15-in. jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 min.

Icing
3 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
1/2 Tbsp. milk
2 C. confectioners’ sugar

Mix well and spread on cooled bars.
