Caramel Rice Krispies Bars

Caramel
1 pkg. caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter

Rice Krispies
2 pkg. marshmallows
1 C. (2 sticks) butter
12 C. Rice Krispies

Mix half of the Rice Krispies recipe. Put on a prepared cookie sheet. Pat down. Turn out on wax paper. Mix the other 1/2 of recipe. Put in pan. Mix the caramel mixture in saucepan until all caramels are melted. Put on top of Rice Krispies mix. Put the Rice Krispies mix from wax paper on top of caramel mix.
