Chili-Beef Casserole

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can hot chili beans
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 tea. chili powder
1/4 tea. salt
1/4 tea. pepper
2 C. corn chips
6 green onions, chopped
1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 C. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook ground beef in a lrg. skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Add chili beans and next 4 ingredients. Cook over med. heat, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 min.

Place corn chips in a lightly prepared 11 x 7-in. baking dish. Spoon meat mixture over chips; sprinkle with 6 Tbsp. of the green onions, olives, and cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 20 min. or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining green onions.

Makes approximately 6 servings.
