Easy Sloppy Joe Pot Pie

Found this at the Betty Crocker website - looks good, something the kids will eat, but it\s a little different than normal. I can\t tell you how many times I put homemade sloppy Joes on the menu and forget to get buns!

Makes 6 servings.

1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) original sloppy Joe sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 c. Original Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook beef and onion in ovenproof 10-in. skillet over med. heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in sloppy Joe sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake about 30 min. or until golden brown.
