Sloppy Joe Pot Pie

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can original sloppy Joe sauce
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 C. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 C. milk
1 egg

Brown beef and onion in an oven-safe skillet. Drain; Stir in sloppy Joe sauce. Sprinkle on cheese.

In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 min. until golden brown.

Serves 6.
