Recipe For Cooking Clear Lemon Filling

Clear Lemon Filling

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tea. salt
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil; boil 1 min., stirring constantly. Chill before using.
