Egg Nog Icing
1/2 c. butter, softened 3 egg yolks 6 c. sifted confectioners’ sugar 1/4 c. bourbon whiskey Beat butter and egg yolks until smooth. Gradually add powderedsugar, 2 c.s at a time, alternately with bourbon. Beat well after each addition. This makes enough for a 3-layer cake.
