Stabilized Whipped Cream IcingThis is the type used on bakery-style cakes. 2 tea. Knox Gelatine 4 tea. cold water 1 c. heavy whipping cream 1/4 c. powderedsugar 1/2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring Mix Knox Gelatin and cold water and set aside. Whip the cream, and add cs sugar. Add gelatine mixture and vanilla extract or flavoring. This does not alter the taste of the whipped cream in any way. It may be used in place of Cool Whip in desserts.
