Lemon Poppy Seed Cake1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix with pudding 3/4 C. water 1/4 C. lemon juice 1/4 C. Sunsweet Lighter Bake 1/4 C. poppy seed 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel 3 lrg. eggs Icing Coat a 12-C. tube pan with cooking spray; set aside. Combine all ingredients and beat on low speed 30 seconds; continue on med. speed 2 min. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 40 to 45 min. or until springy to the touch. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan; cool completely. Drizzle with icing. Icing 1 C. sifted powdered"sugar 2 Tbsp.a lemon juice Stir together until smooth.
