Lemonade CakePosted by Chyrel at recipegoldmine.com 9/16/2001 11:52 am Cake 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 C. sour cream 6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 3 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened 3 eggs In a lrg. bowl combine all ingredients with mixer set at low speed until moist. Continue to beat at low speed for two min. Spoon into a prepared and floured 9 x 1s-in. pan. (I also use a Bundt pan) Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 to 40 min., or until done. Cool for 5 min. and remove from pan. Glaze 1/2 C. powdered lemonade mix 1/2 C. water 2 C. powderedsugar 2 Tbsp. melted butter Mix ingredients except butter in bowl, slowly add melted butter, blend well. Prick still warm cake with fork and pour glaze over it.
