Pecan Puffs

1/2 lb. butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1 C. ground pecans
2 C. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla extract or flavoring, pecans and flour, mixing well. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 2 hr..

Roll dough into sm. balls. Bake 25 min. Remove from oven and while still warm roll in powderedsugar. Re-roll a second time when cooled.
