Toaster Oven Cookies :: Cookie Cutter and Ball Cookies
Sand Tarts1 C. butter 1/4 C. sugar 2 C. pecans, finely chopped 2 C. sifted flour Confectioners’ sugar Cream butter until soft. Add sugar, pecans and flour, mixing well. Shape into balls or crescents and bake at 300 degrees F on unprepared cookie sheets for 45 min. While hot, roll balls or crescents in powderedsugar. Roll again after all have been rolled once.
