Recipe For Cooking Lemon Cookies

Toaster Oven Cookies :: Cookies that Use Cake Mix

Lemon Cookies

1 (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 C. canola oil
3 Tbsp. water
2 eggs
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1/2 C. flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend well. Drop batter by tea. onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min. or until cookies are lightly browned around the edges. DO NOT OVER-BAKE. Cool on rack.

Makes approximately 6 dozen.
