Toaster Oven Cookies :: Drop Cookies

Chocolate Drops

6 eggs
1 (1 lb.) box powderedsugar
3 C. sifted flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 Tbsp. ground cloves

Beat eggs for 10 min. Add sugar and beat for 10 min. more. Fold in flour, cocoa and spices, stirring well. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and let stand at room temperature overnight.

Bake in the morning at 400 degrees F for 10 min.

Makes 8 dozen cookies.
