Chocolate Filled Snowdrops

1 C. butter or margarine
1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
1/2 C. sugar
2 C. sifted flour
1 (5 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate kisses
Powderedsugar

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Add sifted flour; blend well. Chill dough.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Remove foil from kisses. Shape dough around kisses, using about a Tbsp. of dough for each. Roll into balls, making sure to cover the kisses completely.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 min. or until set not brown. Cool slightly on wire rack. Roll in powderedsugar while warm.
