Beer-Broiled Shrimp3/4 C. Coors Beer 3 Tbsp. canola oil 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley 4 tea. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tea. salt 1/8 tea. pepper 2 lb. lrg. shrimp, unshelled Combine Coors, oil, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Add shrimp; stir. Cover; let stand at room temperature for 1 hr.. Drain, reserving marinade. Place shrimp on well-prepared broiler rack; broil 4 to 5 in. from heat for 4 min. Turn; brush with marinade. Broil 2 to 4 min. more or until bright pink. Makes approximately 6 servings.
