Red Lobster Broiled Dill Salmon

1/2 C. melted butter or olive oil
2 tea. lemon juice
1 tea. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1/8 tea. red pepper
4 salmon steaks, 1-in. thick (about 2 lb. total)

Place melted butter, lemon juice, salt, fresh chopped dill and red pepper in sm. bowl and stir to combine. Preheat broiler.

Place salmon steaks on lightly-greased pan and brush with half of seasoned butter. Broil, 5 in. from source of heat, 5 to 10 min.

Turn heat to 400 degrees F, close oven and bake an additional 5 to 8 min.

Brush with remaining butter blend. Serve.

Yields 4 servings.
