Wild Rice and Turkey Casserole
Source: Jan Taylor 2 C. cut-up cooked turkey 2 1/4 C. boiling water 1/3 C. milk 1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 C.) 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned long grain and wild rice Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients, including seasoning packet from rice mix, in unprepared 2-qt. casserole. Cover and bake 45 to 50 min. or until rice is tender. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 min. longer or until liquid is absorbed. Makes approximately 6 servings. ENJOY!
