Southern Sausage Muffins1/2 lb. pork sausage, browned and crumbled (not drained) 1 C. self-rising flour 1 C. self-rising corn meal 1 C. French onion dip 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 C. milk Combine cooked sausage, flour, cornmeal, onion dip, Cheddar cheese and milk in lrg. bowl. Mix until combined. Spoon into prepared muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 min. Makes approximately: 12 muffins.
