Toaster Oven Roasting :: Side Dishes
1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, outer leaves removed
and stems trimmed, each cut in half
8 to 10 med. cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the Brussels sprouts, garlic, oil and salt and pepper to taste in a lrg. bowl, tossing to evenly coat the sprouts. Transfer to a roasting pan lrg. enough to hold them in one layer.
Roast for about 30 min., stirring every 10 min. The sprouts are ready when they have started to brown and are tender enough to be pierced with a fork. Serve immediately.
