4 lrg. cloves garlic
1/2 C. low fat mayonnaise
1/2 C. plain low fat yogurt
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tea. salt
Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Microwave garlic with skins on at 100% power for 1 min. Peel, trim end and remove center sprout. Combine garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and cayenne in blender. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper.
Makes approximately 1 C.
