Recipe For Cooking Asparagus-Almond Casserole

Asparagus-Almond Casserole4 Tbsp. butter 4 Tbsp. flour 1 tea. salt 1/4 tea. pepper 2 C. milk 2 med. cans asparagus 1 1/2 C. grated cheese 1/2 C. slivered almonds Cracker crumbs Butter Melt 4 Tbsp. butter. Add flour, salt and pepper until blended. Add milk. Place a layer of drained asparagus, half the cheese, half the almonds and half the sauce. Repeat once more. Sprinkle with crumbs and dots of butter. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 min.
